Dominique SCHMITT, Partner, is a member of the Paris Bar. He graduated from the ESCP Graduate School of Management (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris). A French Expert Comptable (i.e. CPA equivalent) and a French Statutory Auditor at the very beginning of its career, Dominique SCHMITT qualified as an attorney in 1977 and is recognized as a French Tax Law Specialist by the legal profession.

Elected as a member of the Paris Board of Attorneys (Conseil de l’Ordre) in 1996, Dominique SCHMITT has continuously been actively engaged in the organization of the legal profession, in his capacity as the Treasurer for CARPA, Director of the Union Nationale des Caisses d’Avocats (National Union of Lawyers’ Funds (UNCA), then Delegate of the Bâtonnier de Paris with respect to funds handling between Attorneys.
